NOTICE: IN THE WINTER MONTHS. OUR CABINS ARE NOT PRE-HEATED.  SUMMER MONTHS, NOTHING IS AIR-CONDITIONED. ADVANCE RESERVATIONS ARE RECOMMENDED. GIVES US THE TIME TO HEAT OR AIR CONDITION.

LATE CHECK OUTS. Our reasonable daily rates do not allow us to allow a late departure. If available, book another night, and depart when ever you like. Our Costs: Extra utilities, Cleaning help overtime.

ALL CABINS NON-SM0KING INSIDE, ALL BUT ONE HAVE A COVERED PORCH ( #5 OPEN SIDE PORCH ).
NO PETS, ADULT ACCOMMODATIONS ONLY. (CHILDREN 16 OR OLDER ONLY) ITS TO DANGEROUS,
BESIDES NOTHING FOR CHILDREN TO DO.
 In the fall months folks ask for our (Winter or off season rates) Our rates remain the same all year long, no ups or downs. Actually it cost us more to operate in the colder months then the warmer months. Remember we are not a motel. On that theme, If you want extra pillows, bring your own.
Also, we change out your towels every day, please do not ask for more then what we supply.
We are trying to keep the cost of our cabins at a minimum.
NO DAY OR NIGHT VISITORS. (SEE NOTICE BELOW)
DEPOSIT REFUNDS: 16 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL FOR CANCELLATION, EARLY DEPARTURES OR  MAJOR CHANGES. NO REFUNDS FOR BOOKINGS MADE WITHIN THE 16 DAYS.
Folks we are not in the holding business, we are not just holding a cabin for you so when you arrive you can start looking elsewhere. You are responsible for THE TOTAL TIME YOU BOOKED. We do not pro-rate or refund.  Please be considerate. Remember others would have booked your time.
CHECK IN TIME 2:00 PM. CHECK OUT TIME 10:00 AM:.
1/2 your stay is required to reserve a cabin. Credit Card is required,  we do run the card
for half the stay the day of the booking. A 10% cost fee is charged on any refunds. 
Refunds are paid by check only.

NO DAY OR NIGHT VISITORS POLICY
Folks have asked us to explain our polices, especially the no day or night visitors policy.
     We offer a pleasant quite atmosphere for all our guests. No wedding receptions with folks coming and going. No small children. No barking dogs. You book two, then that is the maximum allowed in the cabin at any given time.  Its all about our guests. Not just a few.
     As for profitability. You book a cabin for two and have four or more un-registered guests certainly is not profitable for us. Regardless if they do not spend the night in the cabins.   Besides its against the law (Defrauding an Innkeeper) Also as a reminder, we rent beds, not floor or a couch.
     These same folks are renting  a cheap motel in town or camping and want to enjoy our facility at no charge.  You ask what additional costs.    Additional Water, Heat, AC, Electricity, Sewerage disposal, Paper products, White goods, Garbage removal, Wear and tear on the building.      Parking is also a very big problem. Our cabins are much larger then most motel rooms.
     You want guests, then have them stay with us. Remember we are a resort, with cooking facilities unlike motels with none. Our basic costs are much higher, then a Motel.
     A couple times a month we are asked to rent a cabin for one night so folks can have a wedding reception. Folks think we are so desperate for business we will do anything for a fast buck. Sure we like the business, and the extra bucks, but not at the cost of our other guests.
Just about all wedding chapels have provisions for changing clothes.
     You can have two additional guest, but they must be registered and a fee of $40.00 per day is charged. But only in cabins 1-2-4.              
                                          No problem with folks just picking you up for the day or night.
     PETS: We realize that pets are part of some folks life, but not all folks can live with the dandruff, smells and fleas pets leave behind. And your pets deposits on the grounds. A few cabin business's could care less, they are only in it for the $$$$$$. We are in business for the long haul. We care. Same goes for smoking in the cabins.
      A very large percentage of our customers appreciate our polices. Then others do not. Sorry!!!!

SUMMER MONTHS 2 NIGHT STAY IS REQUIRED ON WEEK-ENDS (FRIDAY AND SATURDAY OR SATURDAY AND SUNDAY)

WINTER MONTHS NOVEMBER TO MARCH. TWO NIGHT  STAY IS REQUIRED TO OPEN A CABIN.
LATE ARRIVAL AFTER 8 PM: OR DARK, PLEASE CALL IN ADVANCE AND ADVISE US,
WE WILL MAKE SPECIAL ARRANGEMENTS.
