NOTE: NO RATE INCREASE IN 2010 OVER 2009  

Bedrooms have only one bed.  No roll outs. No sleeper couches.

Note: We rent beds not floor space.

             ALL RATES ARE PER DAY, BASED UPON DOUBLE OCCUPANCY.

                   Deposit is one half of the total days of your reservation. Booked one day, we will charge your card for the full amount.

Our rates remain the same all year long, no increases on week-ends or holidays.

In the fall Folks ask us "what are your off season or winter rates?" If we had off season or winter rates, the cabins

would cost about $20.00 more a night. Our studies have shown, it cost more in the winter then warmer months.

We figure, it all balances out.

We accept Master Card, Discover, Visa / Plus all Debit Cards. We no longer accept American Express cards

State Sales tax 6% / Tourism tax 2% / County tax .05% =  8.5% added to the above rates. PLEASE NOTE: THE SECOND BEDROOM IS LOCKED. A FEE IS REQUIRED IF THE SECOND BEDROOM IS REQUIRED. (IF YOU BOOK TWO BEDROOMS, AND SECOND BEDROOM IS NOT REQUIRED. PLEASE ADVISE BEFORE ARRIVAL) ALSO, ONLY REGISTERED GUESTS ARE ALLOWED IN THE CABINS.

RESERVATIONS: 2 NIGHT MINIMUM FOR WEEKEND RESERVATIONS AND WINTER MONTHS. 3 NIGHT MINIMUM  FOR HOLIDAYS AND SPECIAL EVENT WEEK-ENDS. (Memorial day, Labor day, 4 of July and War Eagle craft show.) See below.   RESERVATION DEPOSITS:   1/2 YOUR STAY IS REQUIRED TO MAKE A RESERVATION, USING ANY MAJOR CREDIT CARD. WE WILL RUN THE   THAT AMOUNT AND WHEN YOU ARRIVE YOU PAY THE BALANCE PLUS THE SALES TAX.      CANCELLATIONS:         REFUND POLICY: NOTIFICATION BY PHONE 16 DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL FOR CANCELLATION, EARLY DEPARTURE,   OR MAJOR CHANGES. NO REFUND FOR BOOKINGS MADE WITHIN THE 16 DAYS. REFUNDS PAID BY CHECK ONLY,   LESS 10% COST FEES.  (SEE NOTICE BELOW, HOLIDAY - SPECIAL WEEK-ENDS)   Folks we are not in the holding business, we are not just holding a cabin for you so when you arrive you can   start looking elsewhere. You are responsible for your total stay. We do not pro-rate or refund.  Please be considerate.  Remember others would have booked your time.                            WINTER MONTHS POLICY: ARRIVAL DAY AND THE WEATHER IS BAD AT OUR LOCATION. WE WILL HOLD YOUR DEPOSIT   FOR A LATER BOOKING. NO REFUND. (YOUR NOTIFICATION IS REQUIRED BEFORE 10AM: DAY OF ARRIVAL)     REASONABLY PRICED: WE ARE OFTEN ASKED WHY ARE RATES OUR MORE REASONABLE THEN OTHER CABINS.   We own our cabins, no mortgage. We clean and maintain our cabins. No expensive to operate and clean Jacuzzi bath   tubs, a savings of ($50.00 a night) to sit in a bath tub!  We have a small advertising budget, no expensive payments to     organizations to promote  our business.
