       REFUND POLICY: NOTIFICATION BY PHONE 16 DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL FOR CANCELLATION, EARLY DEPARTURE,

  OR MAJOR CHANGES. NO REFUND FOR BOOKINGS MADE WITHIN THE 16 DAYS.

  REFUNDS PAID BY CHECK ONLY. LESS 10% COST FEES.

CANCELLATION NUMBER IS REQUIRED ON ALL REFUNDABLE CANCELLATIONS. ASK!

Folks we are not in the holding business, we are not just holding a cabin for you so when you arrive you can start looking elsewhere. You are responsible for your total stay time. We do not pro-rate or refund.  Please be considerate. Remember others would have booked your time.

NO SHOWS: The balance due will be charged on your credit card.
