Folks we are not in the holding business, we are not just holding a cabin for you so when you arrive you can start looking elsewhere.
You are responsible for your total stay time. We do not pro-rate or refund.  Please be considerate. Remember others would have booked your time.

THE BIGGEST LOSS TO US IS WE HAVE BLOCK THE DATES AND CABIN FOR YOU. WE LOSE ANY POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS
WANTING THE SAME DATES AND CABIN.
