Check-in is at 3:00 PM. We will call you before your arrival with directions. If you are arriving after hours, we will send directions and parking instructions before your arrival. If you need to arrive earlier, please call us and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

Check-out is at 11:00 AM. Please follow the simple check out procedures posted in each cabin. Late check out may be available upon request.

We are located at 755 County Rd 210, Eureka Springs, AR 72632. That's about 6 miles west of downtown Eureka Springs. We'll send detailed directions with your confirmation. GPS works well, but give us a call if you get lost!

No. This is a pet free property. No dogs or animals of any kind are permitted at any of our cabins. If you have questions about our policies, please call (479) 253-7117.

We are an adults only (14+) property. The cliff edge location and quiet atmosphere are best suited for adult guests. We welcome families with teens 14 and older.

No smoking inside the cabins. You may smoke outside on the deck. Ashtrays are provided on the decks - please use them to dispose of cigarette butts properly.

We require at least 14 days notice for cancellations to receive a refund. If you need to cancel within 14 days of arrival, we will do our best to re book your cabin. If we are successful, you will receive a refund. Please contact us directly if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Half of the total is due at the time of reservation, with the balance due at arrival. We accept major credit cards.

No, we do not offer gift certificates at this time.

Yes, free WiFi is available in all cabins. Signal strength is good for browsing, email, and streaming. We're in a rural area so speeds may vary.

Five cabins have full kitchens: On the Rocks, Cedar Ridge, Cliffside, Valley View, and Sunset. Hideaway has a kitchenette, perfect for light cooking. Each kitchen includes flatware, utensils, dinnerware, cookware, mixing bowls, baking dishes, cookie sheets, Keurig single-cup and drip coffee pots, grill utensils, measuring cups, and more. Just bring your groceries.

Three of our cabins have wood burning stoves: On the Rocks, Cedar Ridge, and Valley View. We provide firewood near the office. We ask that you burn only hardwood species in the stoves. Cedars and pines are bad for chimneys.

We provide all bed linens, pillows, blankets, and towels. Premium mattresses with quality sheets. Just bring yourself and your clothes!

Yes! We know several excellent local fishing guides and can help you book a trip on the White River. Just let us know when you book and we'll connect you with the right guide for your skill level.

No hiking trails on the property - the cliff edges and terrain present hazards. However, we're close to several state parks and the Ozark National Forest with miles of scenic hiking trails in the area.

Downtown Eureka Springs (6 miles) has dozens of excellent restaurants. We're happy to give recommendations based on your taste - from fine dining to casual BBQ. Ask us when you check in!

We prefer parties of no more than 5 guests without advance approval. Larger groups are welcome with a phone call. Please reach out to Art and Amy at (479) 253-7117 to coordinate.

Our bluff-top location has limited trailer parking. Please let us know ahead of time if you need to park a trailer and we'll be happy to accommodate you. Call (479) 253-7117 before booking so we can plan for you.

The cabins sit 450 feet above the White River on cliff formations, so there's no direct river access from the property. Houseman Access is a few minutes away and offers boating and deep-water fly-fishing on this stretch of the river.
